I am constantly photographing. I have about 20 things on my to do list to blog over the next few weeks. It’s great!

Ian and I took a short trip to Saint Augustine, FL a few weeks ago to photograph for our stock portfolio. Take a look at some of the images I took while traveling.

    Jayson and Lisa: Key West

This is the post you have all been waiting for! Yes, after months of holding out on you, I’m finally catching up on blogging. Yay! There is one catch. I am going to be writing less and just showing you the photos more. Enjoy!

Lisa and Jayson were married in Key West at the Westin Pier with their Reception taking place at the Audubon House. Their wedding planner, Julie from Simply You was fantastic! She really helped tie the whole day together. Jayson and Lisa were a wonderful couple to work with and I wish them the best!

    St. Martin and Other Travels

Hi Friends! I am headed off to NYC as we speak. I will be assisting the wonderful photographer, Punam Bean this weekend. She was kind enough to let me tag along with her wedding last weekend in St. Martin. Here are some photos of the island that I took on our downtime:

    Portrait: Carly

Carly and I are breakfast buddies. She randomly posted on Facebook a few months ago looking for someone to go to breakfast with her and being the foodie that I am I quickly replied to her post. We ended up at the Brier Patch talking over a wonderful breakfast of pancakes and Raspberry Brie French Toast. It’s funny how friendships seem to form out of nowhere.

I have been absolutely in love with my neighborhood since the second I stepped foot in my 1920′s bungalow apartment. I think this was the 5th shoot that I have photographed in and around the Lake Cherokee Historic district. The afternoon light in my neighborhood is stunning. This whole shoot was done in less than an hour in my neighborhood. Talk about using what you know!

P.S. I just bought a whole bunch of hair clips and headbands from the lovely Karie Sue Creations for upcoming photo sessions. Let me know if you would like to have a custom hair clip for your portrait or engagement session. I couldn’t help myself, I bought 5!
