    Elizabeth and Isaac

I am excited to photograph Elizabeth and Isaac’s wedding this upcoming spring. Here are a few images from their In Love Session:

In Florida we have the most beautiful light about an hour before the sun goes down. I love photographing at this time, especially in the winter when the weather is nice a cool. These photographs were taken about an hour before the sun went down.

    Sheree and Rob: Engagement

I can’t wait to photograph Sheree and Rob’s wedding this upcoming October. They picked 10.10.10 to get married on, it’s sure to be one lucky day! They are some of the most easy going people that I have met this year. These two have a laid back style about them that makes you feel at ease.

Sheree and Rob are working with Karen Lupica of Exquisite Weddings of Central Florida, a new company that is sure to be a hit!

Sheree and Rob decided on Park Ave. in Winter Park as their location for their engagement session. The pastel colors of the evening before sunset made this the perfect place to photograph their engagement session. I love FL in the Fall.

Ben and Aubrey – In Love Session!

Ben and Aubrey were gifted with an In Love Session from their good friends Chris and Christy when they got engaged. Aubrey is the maid of honor in Christy’s wedding, which is tomorrow! I am so excited that I get to attend Christy’s wedding as a guest and hang out with Aubrey and Ben.

You don’t have to be a wedding client to hire HA! Photography for an In Love Session. Aubrey and Ben already have another photographer lined up for their big day, but I am blessed that they had a great time at their In Love Session. Take a look at some of the photos below:

    Evin and Blake: Engaged!

Relaxation, that is what images of the beach conjure up. I am currently celebrating my birthday relaxing in North Florida at the Ritz Carlton. My mom and I are taking a girls weekend to celebrate my 25th year on this good earth. My birthday is not for another two weeks but we thought it would be way more fun to celebrate early instead of a month later when our schedules cleared up a bit.

P.S. my real birthday is November 8th!

In celebration of my birthday weekend spent at the beach, I bring you some beach engagement photos:

In Love Session: Jaclyn and Scott

What happens when it rains? Jaclyn and Scott had to reschedule their session twice because of the Florida rainstorms. I am so glad we rescheduled. The light on the evening of their session was absolutely gorgeous. I drove over to the Kraft Azalea Gardens in Winter park and thought to myself, we could have not picked a better evening. Jaclyn and Scott were such good sports about rescheduling the session, and I am sure they are glad that we ended up with such a beautiful evening.

    Monica and Louis – Engagement!

Ybor city in Tampa is a very unique place to photograph. Monica and Louis are planning their winter wedding in Ybor at the Don Vicente, a beautiful old hotel with lots of charm. Monica and Louis are planning on having a cigar roller at their upcoming reception, and I think that is a fantastic idea.

Engagement sessions are a great way for couples to get to know me before I photograph their upcoming wedding. Engagement sessions can be done anywhere within a two hour radius of Orlando. We also have mini engagement sessions available called In Love Sessions which are quick 20 minute portrait sessions. Want to try out HA! Photography before you book us for your wedding? Schedule an Engagement Session! You can contact us here about your upcoming wedding and we will send you some information about our fabulous engagement sessions.

The interior of the Don Vicente is beautiful. I love the gold and old world feeling.

Monica has some of the most gorgeous blue eyes I have ever seen. They seem to pop right out of the photo above.

Here is a tip for you amateur photographers out there: The best time to photograph is right before the sun goes down. Photographing at this time in the evening creates beautiful golden back lighting along with soft pastel colors. I love photographing with the sun directly behind my subject creating a nice hair light around the subject.

Ybor city was founded in the late 1800’s by cigar makers. This photo was actually taken on the steps of the first cigar factory in Ybor.
