  1. Being an only child I don’t know what its like to have sisters, but I consider the relationship I have with my friends more than just your average friendship. There are fights, there are disagreements, but the bonds are real and can never be broken. I wouldn’t give them up for anything.

  2. I love friendship and building relationships! I think that friendship is important because it opens your eyes to the joys in life. Even on those really rough days, your friends can take your worries away just be hearing their laughter and being surrounded by someone who truly knows you. I can think of two special, dear friends that have stuck my by side for years. We’ve grown from awkward middle and high schoolers to grown-up college students…together. They are special to me because they know me, understand me, and love me no matter what. I can also think of my many new friends that I’ve developed in the past 10 months: my sisters in Sigma Phi Lambda at UCF. I did not know a single girl when I rushed Phi Lamb but 10 months later, I know have 70 new friends that are like sisters and a special group of girls that are like my family…my Phi Lamb family. :)

  3. I couldn’t get by without my friends. They are my support group. My sorority has gotten me through this past year and I have them to thank for some many memories. Like Mich I didn’t know anyone when I joined Phi Lamb, and now I have a family away from home, and am currently an officer along with Mich. We are so excited to bring new girls into the “family” and see where we go!

  5. I think friends and the relationships that are built throughout a lifetime are the most important thing. They are present through the joys and tears. These girls have taught me so much in the past year and how much I have grown in my faith and even just as a person I have them to thank for. I am grateful for their support and love. I know I am truly blessed to have them in my life!
